Ranking Method of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Numbers and Multiple Attribute Decision Making Based on the Probabilistic Dominance Relationship

The uncertainty of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IFNs) is further enhanced by the existence degree hesitation (DH). shortcomings existing researches are mainly reflected in following situations: when comparing IFNs, comparison rules IFNs difficult to apply any two or relevant methods do not fully consider expressed DH. Thus, rationality decision results needs be improved. On other hand, multi-attribute making (DADM) based on often objective due need determine attribute weight. Moreover, strict condition aggregation classical dominance relation makes it a method that fails considering practical application. Aiming at problem this paper takes probability conversion as starting point and proposes an IFN area method, which can better deal with “either superior inferior” IFNs. In addition, aiming MADM information system, we propose probabilistic model construct under relation. series properties were summarized proved, theoretically ensured scientificity rigor method. show ranking proposed applied presented form probability, more flexible than avoids determining weights subjectively objectively, maker reflect preference adjusting parameters match actual problem. application campus express site evaluation verifies feasibility results. various extension problems discussed, pave way for future related research.
